Steve Pockett is an RHI with CAHPI. With over 20 years of building and general contracting experience and having performed over 7000 building inspections, we offer the best in Home and Building Inspections.
Our inspections meet or exceed industry standards. Our use of moisture meters helps indicate moisture that would otherwise not be apparent. Detecting heat and cold leakage through FLIR Infrared Technology.

We provide consumer protection, we are fully insured and bonded with Hub International. This protects you the consumer and the home inspector. Our inspectors hold either a National Certification certificate for home inspections in Canada (NCH) or hold an RHI.
