My name is Charlene Seaton - Real Estate Sales Representative. I have been using HMP Inspection service for about 8 years. Recently I had a client who bought a home and the thermal imaging part of the inspection report pointed out items that needed immediate need with regards to moisture in the wall. The Buyers called a Plumber and he advised what he would do to remedy the situation but as he worked on the water issue he kept suggesting that the water situation was a lot bigger that was initially reported. In listening distance of the plumber I picked up the phone and called Steve to ask his opinion and described what the plumber was saying. Within 20 min. the plumber stated that the situation was resolved. My call to Steve and the knowledge base of Steve's response prevented the plumber from taking advantage of the Seller and charging for things that did not need attention. Hi Steve, Sorry this note is so delayed, after the inspection we had such a busy time finalizing our home purchase and getting our own house ready for sale that we are just now getting back to normal.
